The Brief

Showcasing designer brands across New Zealand

Queenstown fashion boutique Angel Divine is the exclusive stockist for a range of local and international designers. The boutique had built up a loyal base of local customers and was ready to capture the attention of high-end purchasers throughout New Zealand. 

Angel Divine engaged Attraction Studio to increase their brand awareness, drive additional website traffic to their online boutique, and develop their in-house marketing capabilities.

The Process

Strategic marketing support and comprehensive campaign development

We began with an interactive social media workshop to better understand Angel Divine’s existing customers, and identify how to replicate their in-store experience on their digital channels. After identifying and profiling the key target audiences, we created a comprehensive content planner and an action plan. 

The first stage of our plan was a campaign to promote Holland Cooper, a British luxury brand. As the exclusive New Zealand stockist for Holland Cooper, Angel Divine wanted to drive awareness of the brand and increase sales from the Holland Cooper range.

Angel Divine had booked advertising space in Air New Zealand’s Koru magazine, so we worked with them to deliver a multi-channel digital campaign that coincided with the magazine advertising dates. Our campaign utilised Google Search and Display and Facebook retargeting and was supported by scheduled organic social media content. All campaign assets, including graphic design of the Koru advertisement, were created by Attraction Studio to ensure consistency across the print and digital mediums.

Alongside the campaign development and execution, we provided marketing support and strategy sessions for Angel Divine’s in-house marketing team. This training was an opportunity for Angel Divine to strengthen their in-house capabilities; we provided education on effectively setting marketing goals and KPIs, target audience profiling, and best-practice SEO recommendations.

The Solution

Social media strategic recommendations to widen Angel Divine’s organic reach and audience engagement. This year we have noticed a 34.8% increase in Facebook reach from the previous year. 

Ongoing marketing support and strategy sessions, allowing Angel Divine to improve their in-house marketing capabilities and develop their team’s skills. The internal team are now updating their product catalogue in line with best practice SEO, and are forward-planning their external client communications.
