The team at Irelands Real Estate provide market-leading property services and unbeatable client experiences. We created a vibrant brand that celebrates their strengths.

Irelands Property Managers and First Avenue Property shared a common industry, and a common goal: to improve people’s lives by making property easy. When the two companies merged to become Irelands Real Estate, they recognised the opportunity to redefine their brand and further strengthen their market perception.

The team asked us to help them create a brand identity that was striking and unique. We set out to celebrate the personal focus and boutique feel that sets Irelands apart in a crowded corporate market.

We began with a brand strategy workshop, involving team members from both previous companies to ensure the brand was cohesive and all team members felt heard and represented. Following the workshop, we distilled our findings into a concise written identity.

The visual brand identity was designed to convey warmth and to reflect the care and personal service that Irelands clients receive. We included a subtle, fun nod to the traditional Irish clover.
