1. Payment terms
Terms of payment are 50% deposit to produce goods and balance of invoice on delivery/completion, unless otherwise arranged in advance and confirmed in writing by the contractor.
We reserve the right to require either security or payment in advance in some cases before delivery of any particular order.
2. Interest and legal expenses
If you fail to make a payment by the due date you shall/may be liable to pay us:
(a) Default interest on the amount outstanding calculated at 3.5% per month, and shall accrue after as well as before judgement.
(b) All expenses, including collection costs from obtaining the services of a debt collection company and/or legal fees in relation to any overdue
amount will be added to your account and you as the client are liable for its payment.
(c) In any case where we have no alternative but to disconnect your website, the website will only be reconnected on all outstanding payments being brought up to date and a reconnection fee of $250+gst paid.

3. Acceptance
Any instructions received by the contractor from the client for the supply of Goods & Services, shall constitute acceptance of the terms &
conditions contained here in.
4. Ownership
Ownership of the goods supplied as part of this service is retained by us until payment in full for the goods & service supplied is received. You shall hold the goods for us as a fiduciary owner. Not withstanding any period of credit allowed by us.
Upon default in any payment due by you to us or, either before or after any period of the credit expires, upon you becoming insolvent or having a receiver appointed or going into liquidation, we may enter upon the premises where the goods are kept and recover possession of the goods and resell the same.
5. Delivery
Delivery shall be deemed to be completed upon receipt of the Goods And Service by the customer.
6. Warranty
Any fault in workmanship will lead to the client notifying the contractor within 7 days from completion.
Changes to these terms and conditions
Attraction Studio has the discretion to update these terms and conditions at any time. When we do, we will send you an email. We encourage clients to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically and become aware of modifications.
