NAWIC exists to strengthen the environment for women to pursue and sustain successful careers, through working in collaboration with their members and the wider construction industry.
The refreshed NAWIC brand needed to be vibrant, inviting, inclusive, connected and positive. An elevated circle is used for symbolising inspiration and the progression NAWIC helps people with.
The colour palette has been chosen to be neither masculine or feminine, while vibrant and strong.
Utilising the circle we incorporated custom icons to reflect NAWIC in who and how they support.
As a non-profit association for women, we wanted to have a website that would be used as a place where women could come together and connect with one another.
Having information readily available and having it as a platform to show the amazing women within the industry was a primary goal for the association.
